The 60th edition of the FERCAM in Manzanares (Ciudad Real) closes its last edition breaking records with 203 exhibitors in an enclosure of 120,000 m2, more than 100,000 guests visited the farm fair. The farm fair was held from 29th of June to Saturday 2nd of July with the peculiar schedule it always has... the doors are open until late at night, 23:00.
We were able to go on Saturday morning and enjoyed the fair very much. The fairground is very pleasant, walking is comfortable, and the farm fair was also very complete in terms of agricultural machinery exhibited there. Perhaps, we can be sure that it will be the biggest agricultural machinery fair of this year 2022. As in other occasions, it is a totally recommendable fair.
The machinery on display covered all kinds of tractors (specialist, medium and high power) and all kinds of implements (soil preparation, fertilization, and crop care, harvesting, etc.), so as you can see for yourselves in our photos, we were able to see all kinds of things.
If we highlight some of the things exposed there, we could perhaps mention:
- We liked the ElectroCoup F3020 electric shears (on the Agriman stand). In the end, they have been awarded with the Technological Innovation of the fair.
- The stands of New Holland (Tajada Barrio) and Landini (Agrozocapi) were very large with many models of tractors.
- The Hardi Mega-12 sprayer (on the stand of Talleres Marsemar) caught our attention.
- The General stand continues to exude a quality environment and a desire to help farmers.
- We found the new Deutz-Fahr 6C Series a very interesting tractor. A mid-power series that will surely be a topic of conversation.
- The new Kubota sprayers open another option for farmers with woody crops.
- López Garrido Mulchers seem to be gaining an advantage over his competitors.
- Ovlac implements show a fantastic presence in terms of quality.
- And finally, the wide variety of harvesters (vibrator with umbrella) available for harvesting almond, pistachio and olive trees.
Definitely, a very interesting farm fair that we recommend you to visit in its next edition.
